Franklin Floyd

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Franklin oversees day-to-day operations and project management at Edge360 Creative, bringing a strong analytical mindset and a steady, detail-oriented approach to the work. A numbers-driven problem solver at heart, he focuses on keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with client goals.

Born, raised, and educated in Eastern North Carolina, Franklin’s background spans marketing, cost accounting, quality assurance, and data analysis. His experience includes working with organizations ranging from large multinational companies to small nonprofit groups, giving him a broad understanding of how different teams operate and what they need to succeed.

Franklin approaches his work as a collaborative partner, helping clients strengthen their presence through thoughtful strategy and consistent execution. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, and — when the opportunity presents itself — a Krispy Kreme doughnut and a Pepsi, preferably from a glass bottle.

Chris Decker

FOUNDER / CREATIVE & TECHNICAL LEAD
Idea Champion, Pixel Pusher

Chris Decker leads the creative and technical work at Edge360 Creative with a focus on helping organizations use technology more effectively and responsibly. With more than 30 years of experience across web development, digital strategy, information technology, and design, he brings a broad, systems-level perspective to solving real-world problems.

An Eastern North Carolina native, Chris has worked in a wide range of technical environments — including project management for a regional wireless internet provider, serving as a systems analyst in a large healthcare organization, and working as a web designer, graphic designer, and systems administrator for both local and state government. That experience has shaped a practical understanding of how technology, communication, and organizational needs intersect.

Chris approaches his work with an emphasis on clarity, reliability, and long-term sustainability. He values solutions that respect users’ time, support the people maintaining them, and function well beyond launch day. Rather than chasing trends, his focus is on building thoughtful, well-designed systems that quietly do their job and help organizations better serve their clients and communities.
